Delivery Policy

Delivery is provided through DoorDash for online orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. For custom orders, delivery terms will be discussed during consultation.

Flower Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the design integrity and color scheme. If you have concerns about substitutions, please contact us before ordering.

Refunds & Cancellations

For orders placed through DoorDash, please refer to DoorDash's refund and cancellation policies. For custom orders, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees based on work already completed.

Limitation of Liability

Flower Elegance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
